Care-plan update time does not roll over. New pages, substantial redesigns, new functionality or integrations, significant copywriting, third-party subscriptions, domain/hosting charges and work outside the agreed care scope are quoted separately.
No lock-in
Website Care doesn't lock you into West & Palm. Your website and content remain yours whether you choose ongoing care, occasional support or decide to manage things yourself.
Good to know
No. They are useful starting points. Your proposal reflects the pages, content and functionality your project actually needs.
Domains, hosting plans, licensed services, IDX, booking platforms and other third-party subscriptions are separate unless your proposal specifically says otherwise.
More complex websites are scoped individually. Larger builds may use staged payments tied to agreed project milestones.
You can use a care plan, request ad-hoc support or ask for a separate quote for larger additions.
