We start with a conversation about your business, your audience, what you want the website to achieve and what isn’t working today. You don’t need a technical brief. We’ll ask the questions that help uncover what the project actually needs.
Process
A considered, collaborative process keeps the project moving while leaving room for the good ideas that appear along the way.
How it works
You always know what happens next.
We start with a conversation about your business, your audience, what you want the website to achieve and what isn’t working today. You don’t need a technical brief. We’ll ask the questions that help uncover what the project actually needs.
We turn that conversation into a clear plan: pages, content, functionality, integrations, timing and scope. You’ll receive a project proposal and price before work begins, so there are no surprises halfway through.
We establish a visual direction that feels right for your business, then shape the page experience around your content and customers. This is where typography, imagery, hierarchy and personality begin working together.
The approved direction becomes a responsive website, built to work across phones, tablets and larger screens. We add the agreed functionality, integrations and SEO foundations while keeping performance and usability in mind.
You review the site as a whole and we work through the agreed revisions. We test links, forms, layouts and key screen sizes, then polish the details that make the finished site feel considered rather than merely complete.
Once everything is approved, we handle the final technical pieces: domain connection, SSL, indexing, sitemap, Search Console and launch checks as appropriate. Then your new website is ready to meet the world.
No mystery. No jargon.
Tell us about your business and what you want to achieve. We’ll explain the decisions that matter, handle the technical details and keep you involved without expecting you to become a web developer.
What we’ll need from you
It’s less daunting than it sounds.
What you do, who you serve, what makes you different and what you want visitors to do next.
Logo, brand guidelines, photography and existing copy if you have them. If you don’t, we’ll work out what’s needed.
Examples of websites, styles or ideas you’re drawn to, plus anything you definitely don’t want.
Domain, hosting or third-party service access may be needed later. We’ll tell you exactly what and when.
Typical timeline
2–4 weeks
Many standard website projects can be completed in around two to four weeks once the content and required access are available. Larger sites, complex integrations and projects where content is still being developed may take longer, and we’ll set expectations before we begin.
After launch
Once your website is live, we’ll make sure everything is working as it should and you know what happens next. Take it from there, come back whenever you need us, or choose ongoing West & Palm website care.

You bring the business knowledge. We’ll bring the design, technology and questions that turn it into a website.
Start a project →Typical timing
For a typical small-business website, design through launch usually takes around 2–4 weeks, assuming content and feedback keep moving.
Larger builds, custom systems or more involved integrations may need longer. We’ll agree the expected timeline before the project begins.
